Tilo Krueger
I design innovative products, services, and experiences across diverse mediums such as web, mobile, physical and digital products and environments. My human-centered process involves planning and conducting user research, identifying key insights, iterative prototyping, strategic communication, and storytelling while closely collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Recently, I joined the leading global design firm IDEO in Chicago where I worked in a variety of industries such as finance, automotive, and consumer products. A Fulbright scholar, I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University where I focussed on designing for artificially intelligent systems, emerging technologies, systems thinking, and foresight practices. Prior, I worked as a product designer at design and innovation studio Phoenix Design in Shanghai.
